This was my Valentines Day poem. Ahhhhh one of my favorite photos of you up there. 

TO THE OBJECT OF HIS LOVE ON VALENTINE'S DAY
(an oath of forever)

from the battle of lent
he ran through the meadows
the forest, the valley
he rushed through the meadows

spite thunder and thorns
he climbed the tall mountain
the steep and the peril
he pained in the mountain

though arrows had pierced him
ne'er stop he the running
his thoughts held love's vision
her love sured the running

oh blessed be the heart
he gives to his loved one
the passion, the oath
the gifts to his loved one

she sees him before her
no more is she lonely
embraces her gently
and slays the dark lonely

oh hearts ever faithful
at times sheared by suffering
his love stands before him
she takes away suffering

knows venus, love's mother
his life's hers forever
let hearts to their blending
now joy reigns forever
